Admissions Policy

• Prospective families are encouraged to schedule a meeting with the principal to discuss admissions and tour our campus. Call the office at 662-627-7761 or email principal@pdsclarksdale.org to schedule your meeting.

• Families seeking admissions must complete an admissions package for each child. Registration forms may be found under the admissions tab. Please print, complete, and return forms to the school office or come by the office to receive a copy of the admissions package.

• The following must be submitted along with the application for admission- birth certificate, MS immunization form 121, social security card. For grades 1-6, we must receive a copy of your child’s transcripts, national testing scores, and current report card.

• Children must be 3 by September 1st and potty- trained to enter preschool.

• Children must be 5 by September 1st to enter kindergarten.

• NEW K- 6th grade students must set up an appointment for a grade level entrance test.

• After tests and records have been evaluated, parents will be notified of admission status.
